I have made an app that allows you to stream movies and webseries for free but the problem is

HOW DO I PROMOTE IT? like how do I get an actual audience to use the app.
HOW DO I MONETIZE IT? rn only thing I can think of is taking donations in crypto.

I want to do both while staying anonymous.

You can promote it through social media, reddit, discord groups. There is lots of options, I have a site in the same niche if you like you can send me a message on telegram so I can show you more @georgetoons

2. You can monetise it with advertisements, crypto subscription for 0 ad server and more.

Donations for me have never worked personally but dont take my word for it because other people on here have told me it has worked for them.
 
Social Media is your friend.
First, create a FB Page for your website/app, then share your movies tru your newly created FB Page (I guess there is share button in your app/site), then start sharing these post in some fb groups with a large number of members.

The best way to monetize it is tru advertising, there are ad network that supports that kind of niche.

Also, you can try link shortener that pays.

It's pretty easy to use parasites to promote trending movies - lots of them => traffic to a site where users can download the app.
 
Advertise it on comic pages, when there is a lot of traffic on your site, place gambling ads or any other ads that need traffic
