I said "I have been paying child support in fact I even payed extra and never been late. is there any way I could at least get a number to talk to her and see how shes doing. even an address so I can send her a freaken birthday card or something." they sent me a letter in the mail saying I had to get a "court order" whatever the heck that is.

Try to make some fake accounts, female/male, you know her interests i guess, or appeal with something of her past, so its increases your chance of approving your friend request. You wont get to hack her account, forget that.
Good luck to you. Btw, about court orders and stuff, country to country is different a bit, and visitation rights can be played well by so called "mothers" for years, while your daughter grows up.

Yea... if you are paying the child support then something isn't adding up - to get your divorce you needed a court order that would have included your rights as the father. Noone could be that ignorant to not know that.
If you weren't paying the child support that was ordered, then I could see where an ex could think she doesn't owe you your rights - but if you're paying the support as per the agreement, how could you not have the visitation rights spelled out as well? There is NO WAY that a judge would allow a divorce between two people with a child that didn't spell that out very clearly - and with that, that means she would be in violation of that agreement. Then you make it simple - you tell her that she either allows you the rights that were ordered, or you will stop support and use that money to pay for a lawyer to track her a$$ down and put her in jail for contempt of court.

It was an unintended divorce. i think thats what it was called. it cost 300. I think it was just the divorce nothing else.
plus i have no idea where the heck shes at. If i knew it would prob help. Im thinking about doing a peoples search.

You as a father has the right to see your child. All you have to do is petition the court to enforce your rights
as a father. Believe me, judges don't mess around when it comes to the well being of children.

Trust me it's not this easy. The last lawyer I spoke to wanted $20,000 as a retainer just to get the rights for weekend visitation.

Do you mean an uncontested divorce? It's cheap and grantable if both parties are agreeable and don't contest the divorce. If so, sounds like you didn't realize what you where signing. Anyway you might want to check in your area or the closest large town to see if there is a legal aid service. In my area we have one and I believe the fees are based on your income. Just a suggestion.
As far as searching you may want to try Spokeo, Google it. They do charge a small monthly fee for enhanced listing information.
Unintended divorce = getting divorced by accident = no such thing. Here is the problem Bob... We don't know you. We don't know if you are telling the truth or if you are a psycho husband with a restraining order against them who is out to harm your wife/child. I tend to lean towards disbelieving your story because anyone who has gone through a divorce will be familiar with the stipulations of their divorce and would know what a court order is.

You never addressed the so called kidnapping issue. Better to spend your time constructively doing research on how to help your case instead of digging a bigger whole for yourself. You would be amazed at how much of a legal expert you could become in a few months.

Contact steve wilkos. He helps with this sort of thing. It's not a good idea to air your dirty laundry in public (not the specifics anyways, because too many people use this sort of thing to scam people. If this situation is true, then I definately feel your pain. But you have to look at it like this, alot of people will think this is a scam, and really who knows. The real story could be that you beat your ex half to death and she is under protection, then someone helps you find her and we see you on channel XX news. Whatever the situation was, you should have left out the personal details, and NEVER ask people to help you hack someones account. I don't know the full story because you already edited, but that is my take on it.

I'm going to be honest here - I no longer am buying what you're selling - aka, I don't believe that you're being honest here. No judge ANYWHERE is going to grant a divorce - Uncontested or not, where there is a child without addressing the arrangements for the child - PERIOD. There HAS to be an arrangement for the child if there is a divorce so you are either not divorced or are lying about the arrangment or not paying your child support and realize that you are in contempt as well.
That being said - IF you were paying your child support and she was in contempt of the agreement (aka, not allowing you the visitation that was agreed upon), that is a simple matter. Stop paying - she will come to you and you can then remind her that you have rights to see your child and you will gladly start your support back up once you are notified as to where they are and when you can visit your child.
