A new member signed up yesterday and was able to PM me yesterday 1 hr 30 mins after signing up
Giving me a sales pitch on being a professional writer and saying others are newbies/amateurs
He/she blasted XX messages in welcoming others and asking for writing sample in 30 mins
Then waited 1 hr to PM me and I'm betting others as well a writing sales pitch LOL
I thought there was a 30 day wait or something in place. How was this member able to PM me?

It might be marketplace seller? Or they have just pretty fast spammed and pumped up their posts # and started PMing whoever they could until got banned. If member is banned now?
You can check out member levels here and see who can do what and if that member fits in any category.

I have no idea. I think the 30 day limit was removed and it has gone back to 15 post before sending PM's
Best to report the username to a Mod, at the bottom of the PM there is a Report button
If he continues to PM you then contact a Mod here https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/?type=staff

The PM requirement is only 15 posts. The 30 day requirement was removed some time ago.

I had a question.
For Jr. VIP, one needs to be nominated by a Jr. VIP. Does that mean that a regular member can sell on marketplace by paying the listing fee? He doesn't need to be a Jr. VIP for that?
Sorry, but I'm confused.

Thanks for your help but I am still confused I need to be a Jr. VIP or any other level that is equal to help to drive sales as a banner from a startup and I plan to become a seller also by opening a thread or by getting a Marketplace seller. There is any way to reach this without the hustle of posting 200 times?
in that link, under "Posts needed" I can still see 200 posts required with the donation to reach that level, I am sorry but a little bit confused
