I would try with adwords and SEO to get some sales and then bring in some other affiliates.
Maybe boosting the gravity of your product will help you get affiliates to promote it

I never had luck with YouTube but thenagain I never really studied the SEO/traffic part of it. Can anyonerecommend a YouTube course I can get to kick start me?
