I don't receive a code to my Paypal numbers

good evening everyone, I have a problem I created paypal with virtual numbers (smscodes.io) also I connect to them with a vps but there it asks me for a code which it sends to these numbers which I do not don't have it now, what should I do?

If there is a button that you cannot reach on the phone, select it. You can write to the support team about changing your phone number.

I think changing your cell number
 
maybe your proxy or vps ip that has problems
 
You can reach out to the support of the PayPal as there could be any solution for this like you might be able change the phone number after some security verifications. I don't think there is any other solution for this.
 
Virtual number will not work. you need to actual physical number.
