I cant use the internet according to my abilities

Hello guys im newbie here. Also i don't have "perfect English" . I can make many writing mistakes but you will understand what i mean

Anyway, i've been Electronic Music Producer for 9 years. Im also mixing&mastering and sound engineer.

Im trying to work as a freelancer online but i can't earn good enough cause im still new "freelance world"

Even on Fiverr, there are so many people and they are so popular, even nobody can't look my "gig" too.


Also im producing musics but i can't advertise them. In music industry, marketing is so important but i can't do anything about marketing and im bad at social media too.

In short of, i have some skills but i can't use them for internet, for freelancer working.


Any suggestions for marketing on music industry? Or marketing on "freelancer websites" ?

If you're actually making music yourself I'd 100% go into content creation, whether that be making tutorials based on your skills (Wouldn't recommend this but it's something) or actually uploading your custom music. You can go down the asset-creation route in game development, creating music for indies, etc. That'll net you a portfolio. FIverr, Upwork all those freelance sites are not where any sane person goes to get music, you can get better AI generated and free stuff by 1 search.

I'd recommend highly using your skills to develop your own projects and selling those via marketplaces. Itch.IO is a good place for game music, for example. Best of Luck!
