Hello everybody

This 2 days i try to open an account newbie but always i get a message that told me that they can't complete the operation ... Anyone please can help me ???

The only entity that knows the exact issue with your registration is Clickbank itself.

That is very strange.Their is a guy on BHW that lives in Morocco that earn money from Clickbank with no problems.

I heard few months ago that they are not accepting new accouts. Morocco might be in the list.

I never tried to open new clickbank recently.I only have two clickbank accounts.

they were not accepting new accounts from Morocco more than five months ago I guess

There may have been a large amount of abuse coming from that country, it happens with services all the time.
