@ronaldingo19 - perhaps there is some misunderstanding. But you seem to keep exclaiming 'but I have 10k/9k links from 30 root domains!'
That means in the eyes of Google you do NOT have 10k links, you have credit for 30. Let me explain a little about how Google works.
In the beginning Google just counted the occurences of words on a page to determine your ranking. So for example: Dogland.com has the word 'dogs' repeated 5 times on it's website and PuppyGalore.com has the word 'dogs' repeated 10 times on the website.
Google would 'say' that PuppyGalore.com should rank higher for the keyword 'dogs' than Dogland.com because its 'more about dogs that dogland.com'
But this of course is flawed logic, just because PuppyGalore.com has the word 'dogs' repeated more than DogLand.com doesn't mean it's a better, more helpful website. In fact DogLand.com could be an awesome website and PuppyGAlore.com could be a pile of poo.
Google needed a way to measure 'helpfulness or quality', but since Google is a robot and can't read or measure quality like a human can it needed a mathematical, automatic way to measure quality.
This is where links come in.
"Ronaldinho19, I don't know what your website is about, but if I like it maybe I'll link to it"
And guess what, maybe, bob mary, joe, jill, andrew and alex also like your website. Now you have 7 links! Those 7 links have been donated to you because 7 people REALLY like your website. Google goes 'oh! so 7 people like Ronaldinho19's website.. maybe its a good quality website, I shall start to rank it higher'.
Now imagine your scenario. You have 30 domains linking to you, but in total they have linked to you 10,000 times. That's still only 30 seperate people 'who really like your website and have linked to you' Google just think 'ok so there's 30 people who like this website, and errr, well they must like it a lot cause they're linking to it a lot, but I need the opinion of others!'
It's the same as a goverment election. I could vote for Obama 10,000 times but I'm still only 1 person voting. I could vote for him 6 billion times but that doesn't mean he should win. (and please, don't flame me about the Obama example, just an example, I'm not even American).
Final note: Sorry if I'm insulting your intelligence here, I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "The site has 10k links from 30 root domains". Maybe there is a misunderstanding and I didn't need to explain all of this.
