Yes, as you said, this is manipulation. It is almost impossible to get good results on Google without manipulation.

You may not be able to do this on YouTube, it would be better to use Google Twitter Instagram.

If you have a health website, it would be very useful if you get a backlink from the health website. According to my observation, backlinks 2 weeks ago are not effective. That's my advice.

1) Many people fix this situation by deleting the entire content and resubmitting it. do you have any other way?

You can solve this problem with some fake traffic. It will be indexed and ranked within 1 day.

I don't use Google Search Console or anything like that. It's better to hide some things from Google.
