Sorry to say this, but I don't want an arbitrary answer. It's not about what you think, but what is the fact. Every SEO expert knows links are very important to ranking a website. However, in recent times, Google has started implementing various CWV metrics to evaluate the page experience of the website. I don't think a bad website will rank higher on Google if its CWV fails. I asked the question to get a confirmation, assuming you're an SEO expert.

If you still stand by your point, please elaborate on your answer. Please don't compare CNN and Forbes CWV metrics with small websites. We are talking about the sites managed by individual bloggers, developers, and marketers. So, SEO for such websites is entirely different from that for high-authority sites.
 
Which tools desktop are great to use for our website to check our SEO level or keywords...?!

Could you ran a quick tutorial on how you do that?

Step1: generate links on socials
Step2: traffic (how much traffic? do we speak about 10k day or 100?) + where to get said traffic from
Step3: how long do you run this?
