Hello Guys, I joined a firm last year. At the time of joining, the employer and me mutually agreed on a 10 months bond and he took around 800 dollars as security money. (I needed job that time and this was the only option left). At the time to joining, They said that I will get the security amount back after the bond completes. After 10 months when my bond period was over, I asked for my security amount of 800 dollars, he said that money will be given to you when you leave the job. This was very frustrating for me as I needed money that time. but somehow I managed and waited. Finally after working in most deadly conditions , I finally quit job in April this year. after resigning I served the notice period and did my best to help the guy replacing me. AND NOW LAST MONTH WHEN I CONTACTED THEM FOR SECURITY MONEY,THE ASSHOLES SAY THAT I DON'T DESERVE THE SECURITY AMOUNT AND THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN GIVING ME MONEY. Things have gone real bad for me and really need money. 800 dollars I a very big amount for me. I don't have any receipt or proof that I have given them money. But I have copy of mails exchanges in which they have said that security amount will be given to me once I quit job. What should I do? UPDATE:Just called them and now they are saying that I have broken bond and they have proofs of that!
