Ubersuggest allows limited keywords searches per day if free. However, you can pay once for a lifetime package and use it all you want
 
The easiest and free way to do this is to track gTrends. You can also do keyword research on Google. There are tools provided by google for this.
 
Mate $7 for Ahrefs or any group buy at similar price would make things far easier. If you have it, please spend the $7 and you will thank yourself later.
 
Keywords Planner from Adwords. You don't need balance on account to use it.

Probably try Wordtracker whn you have ideas. The first 12 searches are free (after that just change the browser). You can choose the target country in WT too.
