This is an age old scam, I wonder people are still using this to scam domain holders. They target people with many domains (as they assume that such people will be interested in trading). Then they will project themselves as a big time buyer, some will even give you a phone number and will ask you to get your domain appraised before buying.
Some will show some screen-shots of how others got their domains appraised. Don't fall for it. Just tell them, that you will get the domain name appraised from a third party or godaddy. They will immediately say that godaddy is not good for appraisals. Then just ignore them.
I own 356 domain names (in my name, my father's and my wife's name), and interestingly I got such emails to all the three accounts, and every time I gave them the same response.

hahaha i have been contacted by this scamer,he suggested 10.000$ for a dashed domain 
!!His purpose was to send me to his forum and eventually to do a professionnal manual apraisal of my domain wich cost about 50/60$ !!

What do you think about 10,000 USD for your domain name?
Have you had your domain names evaluated in the past? I mean domain appraisals. Without valuation we cannot be sure in the sale price. It's very important for me in terms of reselling too. But we must engage a valuation company with REAL manual service. So I will only accept valuations from independent sources I and my partners trust.
To avoid mistakes I asked domain experts about reputable appraisal companies. Please check this blog with suggestions from other sellers and buyers:

Domain without content is ok with me. Web site is not necessary.
If, for example, the valuation comes higher you can adjust your asking price accordingly. It will be fair. I also hope you can give me 12% - 15% discount.
After you send me the valuation via email (usually it takes 1-2 days to obtain it) we'll continue our negotiations.
What is your preferred payment method: Escrow.com, International wire transfer, PayPal.com or something else?
Hope we can come to an agreement fast.

Just tell him that you are so happy he got in touch with you, because you are a peer to peer kingpin stuck in the US and you need to unload all of your domains to an offshore account ASAP. In fact you have hundreds of domains of such value that you would let him manage at pennies on the dollar. All you need to do is verify his banking account and personal information so that you can transfer them to him.

Never try and scam a scammer, it's a complete waste of time and energy.
As everyone has already said, this scam is as old as the internet.
Spend your energy on something productive rather than trying to find a way to get this guy back. It's not going to happen, so you might as well do something else.
You should also be pretty careful saying you want to "scam" him back. Scamming isn't cool, and it's completely the wrong mindset to have.
I'm assuming you are just a kid, though, your mindset is pretty similar to mine when I started out. At least you were smart enough to figure out this was bullshit

I guess i was just caught up in the moment..
So excited of having the possibilty of earning a few thousand grand.. THen discovering it was a scam, and wanting to get him back.
I have another site that i ahve recently started on - so am trying to get that promoted and all that...

I know it's a cliche, but if it sounds too good to be true, it always is. Especially online
