hundreds of bad URLs indexed - how can i remove them?

Hey guys

i have this problem:
hundreds of bad URLs are indexed by google.
hundreds of URLS for example example.com --> 404.
This was blackhat SEO from another person to harm us.

I tried to remove them all (search console)
I revoved them all. But after a while (ca. few weeks ago) these kind of bad URLs indexed again automaticly.

How can i remove them all whithout indexed them automaticly?
What can i do?
Are there any other tactics/techniques to solve the problem?
Has anybody had the same problems?

Hope everybody understand what i mean.

PLZ help me.

Generally 404 error does not affect your rankings. But if u suspect that these are made by your competitor to harm your rankings, and if you think that they will keep doing this, then I would suggest this: Talk to your web developer, instead of showing a 404 error for a non-existent page, redirect to your homepage or a specially customized page. In this way, there should not be any 404 indexed.

But the question is: How Google is finding those links of the 404 pages? Check search console for this - check the source of those pages. If you think your competitor is doing this, then maybe he is making bad backlinks to your site. Disavow those links from search console.

And if you see from search console that Google is finding those links from your own pages then, maybe there is a bug in the coding. Fix that with your web developer.

Use Google Disavow Tool to remove your bad or spammy backlinks

Remove from your website first by identifying what is causing these pages to appear before removing through WMT and blocking indexation through robots.

thnx - The Problem is we know the bad Urls and we removed them with WMT and we also blocked them by robots.txt but for any reason other bad urls with the same structure and simular names comes back in the index after removing and blocking these kinds of bad URLS .... If you click theme there will be a 404 error... What else can i do?
