dude relax. No one is coming after you. They won't sue you or do anything else. Philippines is known for many such cases (based on what I have read) and no one gets sued. They will end up paying hundreds of thousands to recover measly $5000 so do not worry and relax. I remember once I got a legal mail from some company because I cracked their software and I panicked like hell. They even had my name and address, were from Netherlands or Switzerland.
As long as you don't lose real money from your credit card or bank account forget about this shit and go to sleep.
Also I think Philippines was rubbed the wrong way by US govt. No way in hell they will let an American company do jack about something like this. But yeah remember this as an important lesson.
