Hrefer Proxy Problem

Okay, just wanted to check with you guys to see if I have this set up right because Hrefer is only harvesting 22 anonymous proxies every time it checks.

Okay so let me explain. Please correct me if I am wrong about anything.
In the proxyc folder there is a list.txt file with urls like these that came standard with the program. These are the urls with proxy lists on them.
botmaster/proxy/list
botmasternet/proxy/list
botmasternet/proxy/buyall2

I have also uploaded THOUSANDS of my own urls like these;
proxy-hispano
vietinsider.blogspot
qzone.qq/blog

I have uploaded the /proxyc/engine.php to my own server and set the permissions to 777.
My Proxy count limit is set at 2000, proxy timeout set at 10 seconds, and auto refresh at 45 minutes. My proxy checker thread is set at 200.

Now whenever I tell hrefer to update proxies it comes back with total:59; Checked 54; Anonymous 22.
Then hrefer saves the good proxies to the xproxy.txt file and uses those to scrape my keywords.

I guess Im just a little confused because I have thousands of urls with millions of proxys for it to check uploaded in the proxyc/list.txt file but it's only coming back with 22!!!

Can anyone troubleshoot this for me, it's been driving me nuts trying to figure it out on my own for the last 8 days.

* I had to take url extentions off of my urls since I am still considered new on this forum.

Just to clarify, I was not uploading my updated list.txt to my server, I was saving it locally on my VPS.

upload list.txt to proxyc folder and you are good to go
