Hi there,
Hope, all are well. I have a Facebook group with 10k group members. It's a baby Pictures' group. Is there any way or opportunities to earn money with this group. Your precious suggestions will help me a lot.

Advertise on BHW
There is a good affiliate program for Baby on Clickbank, you could promote it there. I think it helps babies to sleep or something of that sort. I say do affiliate marketing, you could promote baby-related products as well from amazon.
 
Organize some contest for best baby and ask parents to pay to participate.
 
There are so many ways to earn from FB groups from CB, as suggested above, to CPA, Adsense (adsense sucks) to building an email list and funneling them... It is like taking candy from a baby it is so easy.
 
Generally, what I used to do, was try to make it look as legit as possible (the offers) and how I promoted within the groups.

So, I chose the offer with the BEST landing page. Or alternatively, you can link straight to the Baby & Nursery product page on Amazon.

You can earn money by joining the Amazon affiliate program and promoting their baby product in your Facebook group.:)

With your FB group, you can redefine the listing process. You can charge a small subscription fee for members' posts if that posts or media should be listed on the top posts as pinned. And if you have other similar groups you manage, u can charge a small fee to cross-list and promote for the same.
 
It's if you have niche-based traffic on your Facebook group then you can earn money in many ways like blogging, sharing, affiliate etc

Affilate marketing, or you could add information on grup header/description about rent your grup for promotion :)
 
You can find some amazon sellers and they are willing to pay your extra fee for promoting and always will give a big discount mostly.
 
I mean beside the Amazon affiliate program, you can also get commision from the seller. So you can get both the profit.:smirk:
