Number of comments , number of total and daily installs, and mostly the money you used to promote it xD, you cannot expect to be ranked number one in a huge platform like google play store whitout investing a dime

The most important factor is "LUCK".
I have published 100+ android games on google play in last 2 years. 2 games got success(800-1000 organic installs per day).
And I really don't know why this happened.
