How sites like onhax are still up and running. These blogs are owned by individuals. Then why not software developers sueing.

They usually use off shore hosting that's in countries that don't enforce copyright laws.

But I heard if you speak with Godaddy they will give out private info.

You still have to either get them to come to your country or go and sue them in their country.

But before that you have to find the person and im sure any information used to register the domain is most likely fake.

What about IP address and what precautions one must take before starting a warez blog.

I've always wondered that, too. You would think the big software vendors would all get together, pool together some money, and just hire some hackers to destroy the sites.
