Writing, like any other skill, is something you develop over time. You can´t expect to read/watch a few guides and tutorials and suddenly be ready to dominate the SERPs, especially, if you´re developing a blog on a very competitive industry/niche.
But, you need to start somewhere so here are some resources that have helped me a ton in the past few years to become a pretty decent content writer.
Every single one of these videos will teach you a different aspect of how to write a comprehensive and SEO-optimized article for a blog.
Other resources I will recommend is to take the time and read through as many case studies as possible and write your own notes.
Personally, I love the interviews/podcasts from the guys at Niche Pursuits. Those interviews/podcasts are filled with insightful tips and hacks from people making money in some of the most competitive industries/niches.
Another amazing resource of unlimited golden gems is a few journey threads from this community. Make sure to have a big cup of coffee ready and take the time to read through a few dozen and even hundreds of pages because it will be worth the time...

After choosing a desired topic do research on that topic and have a glance at the first page of the SERP to have an idea on your competitors.
After grabbing an outline, start drafting your blog with a great opening so that half your work is done at the opening.
Also write like how you talk using headlines, sub headings with short paragraphs along with images as the readers not going to read the full post

Blog contents should always be SEO friendly. So, you must understand what SEO friendly contents are, how to write in that way, how to utilize keywords properly etc. Also, you should have a good narrating style in writing as well as good vocabulary.
