Basically, this method is either to save money or time by not writing/buying articles, or you can make money with this method by getting free articles and then reselling them.

Here goes:

1) You need to find a website that lists Expired domains or domains that are for sale and are going to be expired soon.
For this example, I'll Use GoDaddy Domain Auction - https://auctions.godaddy.com/
Here you get a huge list of domains. You can sort them by many metrics. I like to choose only .com domains because there are a lot of pages in foreign languages which I don't want. In the advanced search, I also choose domains that are at least 2 years old.

The list looks something like this:

2) Now open http://web.archive.org

3) Go through the list from GoDaddy and search for all the websites on web.archive.org

Within 10 minutes I found this website eternallifestyles.com
You can see in the picture that the Archive has info on it Since 2012

I checked the date of October, 2016.
Here's the main site. It's in the health niche with "How to..." articles etc.

I clicked on an article to check how it looks and if it has been saved by web.archive.org. Articles are all there :)

4) Now when you've found a website with articles that are worth saving, you need to check if the articles are unique and not have duplicate content.
I use copyscape.com
I pasted the article, and it shows that there are no duplicates.

And that's how it's done. Yes, it might take time to find something of value, but heck, it's free content. So if you're short of funds you can use this for filler articles for your website. Or you might even find a gold mine website with hundreds of unused articles that would save you potentially hundreds of dollars.

I'm sure that by posting this example, this site will get used instantly, but it is just to show how it's done.

Hope it helps you guys! Happy hunting!

Good share mate. I was actually thinking of writing a program to do this on a massive scale then you could just search for unique articles instantly.

However I don't think it's legal selling/using someone else's content. I no one will really care but still, I would of loved to automate this.

This is great for someone who want to fill their website with unique content. I will also suggest to rebuild a site with that same domain after checking for spam links.

Well this is black hat forum so ethics are none of my concern.

And you should totally make a software like that!

Good method but it might be a good idea to make sure that the auction domains have passed 90 days after they're expired since Big G will retain their cache until 90 days after domain expiration. But I am not too sure if this might be a SEO issue. Want some fellow blackhatters opinion on this.

So will this work for website with adsense you think ?

Your issue will be with archive.org.

We had something like that in play 2 - 3 years ago and shut it down due to them not being thrilled.

I was telling someone the same method to someone over skype today and here someone already has posted :D

nice share it's brilliant method, but what if i buy the domain name and open the website with the same content especially if the site already has some back links what you think ?!

It might work great or not. You have to do due diligence on each site to see how many backlinks they have and if they are spammy. Some of these sites are penalized by Google

I used to do this in 2013 when I was broke trying to create new sites, most of these articles are less than 600 words so you 'll still have to do a lot of work.

Good share. Will probably only work as long as you are the first to post the "unique" article, but a reasonable strat nonetheless.

I've a similar method with a different twist for content discovery, and it's not archive.org. Anyway, Copyscape is not enough. I've had a couple of sites rejected on Adsense for scrapped content. All the articles passed the Copyscape check but I found that there were a couple of sites that have similar content. What you need to do is to search for exact matches of small sentences (your sentence between quote marks) on Google, you will have to scan the SERP snippets to see if the words before or after your exact match are the same then go to that page and double check if it's indeed the content you're looking for.
Now, I spin all my articles and spend the time needed to make them readable, it's time-consuming but it still deserves the time spent.

Smart Idea. wouldn't you be screwed if someone buys the site and uses an archiver to link it to the original site? If they own the domain they have every right to claim copyright

I remember there is an software name expired articles hunter out there. You may check it out

If the articles is a good articles and helps people in the pass. I don't see any reason why Big G don't want to rank the articles. (definately you need back links to support your articles as well for ranking higher)

common sense, a shop owner due to some personal reason had to close the business, a new business owner see the oppurtunities and establish the similar type of shop with same kind of business exactly same location.
