How to WordPress deleted pages?

No I don't have a backup, I deleted and after deleted they went in the trash and I also deleted them from trash

if you have deleted from the bin they are gone. There is no way to recover those.

Talking to your hosting provider might work. I once had a website and I had hosting service for one year, I forgot to renew it and the support guy said my info was gone, I talked to another rep and they gave me temporary access to a backup file they had.

There is no way to recover your pages which you have deleted from trash in WordPress. The only solution is to talk to your hosting provider about it. They might help you about it.

Try web.archive.org or google ( cache:yoursite.com/your-page ). Maybe you have some luck.
- Click on that link which will take you the section where all the trashed pages/posts are listed.
- Select the pages/posts using the checkboxes against them.
- Select Restore from Bulk Actions dropdown, then hit the Apply button.
- Now go to pages/posts listing section and you should see the trashed pages/posts published again.

Go to all pages & Delete your Specific page.

there is no possibility if delete permanently, ask your hosting provider for help
