I deleted 3 monetized YouTube channels by mistake can anyone restore it

Hi everybody, I opened an account on wikipedia to write an article about my company. at my first attempt, they declined. While I am trying to resubmit the page, my account has been blocked and I can not do anything. I also tried to appel my content and apply to be unblocked but I failed...

I install a WordPress theme and deleted some unwanted pages for permanently but now I need those deleted pages. Can anyone tell, What's the best way to get deleted pages?
