How to withdraw from Paypal using Virtual CC or Virtual Bank?

Hello
I have one paypal account with around 500$ in it and 180days passed and now my funds are eligible for withdrawal. However account was made under different name at that time, and it was limited so i can't change my real name etc...IS there a option to buy vcc or virtual bank acc that i can use under this name and withdraw funds there, and then from there i don't know buy btc or something using this virtual cc or bank acc?

Any more experienced member who can assist me? Thank you

Create a fivver gig with account conected to your bank.. the create another and pay with that paypal balance...thats the only solution i sugest

But i think when it is limited, you can't send or use paypal...you can only add bank or card and use button withdraw?

I once used a reloadable VC to withdraw from my gaypal. And I used it to buy stuffs from my own fiverr gig.

Why don't you just open another new bank account in your country then add it or use a family members bank account...

Because the bank must match the name of the paypal account which is fake.

Do Op could just withdraw to any bank account then? Even his personal? Good to know.
Does that work for all accounts or will it get limited/need to be verified in time?

Depending on which country you are. The name on the bank account does not need to match the PayPal account.
