I've had a lot of accounts get banned and I've developed a system that hasn't seen a ban yet. About 1/20 accounts will get a PVA each month.
Tools I use:
Week one:
No following
No liking
No unfollowing
Weeks two - ten:
50-100 follows (70s delay, 4-8 interval)
50-250 likes (50s delay, 5-10 interval)
75-125 unfollows (70s delay, 4-8 interval)
General delay 10-15 mins
These settings do not change for 9 weeks. Your follower gains will be low, but we're trying to optimize our engagement time and follow liker settings. After 3 weeks of posting once per day more bots start to target follow your account because your post count meets their requirements (usually 20). Now is a good time to test engagement and follower times.
Week 4:
Post at 6:00am
Schedule follow liker for 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Week 5:
Post at 9:00 am
Schedule follow liker for 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Week 6:
Post at 12:00 am
Schedule follow liker for 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Week 7:
Post at 3:00 pm
Schedule follow liker for 4:00 pm - 2:00 am
Week 8:
Post at 5:00 pm
Schedule follow liker for 6:00 am - 4:00 pm
Week 9:
Post at 8:00 pm
Schedule follow liker for 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Week 10:
Post at 11:00 pm
Schedule follow liker for 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
You have now hit all the peak Instagram engagement times and tested different follow liker setting times.
Now export your follow liker statistics. Take your follower count at the end of week 3 and subtract it from the start of week 4.
For clarification: (Week 4 beg) - (Week 3 end)
This will give you the number of followers you gained during week 4 (your 6:00 am test). Do this for every week. Pick out the weeks with the most follower gains and those are your preferred follow liker setting times.
Onlypult gives you the engagement levels to help you optimize. If you don't use onlypult then manually add up your likes for each week and compare. The best weeks are your preferred post times.
You want to have a good engagement score so choose the week with good engagement and good follower gains. You may not have a dominant week in both categories so you will have to make a tradeoff between followers and engagement.
Now you cant start to ramp up your settings.
Week 11+:
Follow: +25
Like: +10
Unfollow: +25
Leave your minimum number at 50, only ramp up the max by 25 per week. You want your account to look natural. I haven't had an account get banned for a while and it's because I warm the fuck out of my accounts and take it slow.
For post time clarification: when I say post at 6:00 am, that means any time between 6:00 am - 7:00 am. You don't want all of your posts to come out at 6:00 am because you want to have a natural spread throughout the hour.
If enough of you still don't understand this system then let me know and I'll consider remaking this guide with screenshots.
