How to verify article title&content?

Hi, Bro:

I start to learn how to do seo .
I am learning some course on website,like youtube etc.

I come accross two problems,i need very detailed step advice.
First question: If i choose the probability "keywords" that has the chance to rank .
for example :


i choose the keywords "best golf grips"
Then the arcticle title should contain the key words "best golf grips" totally or can be splitted to other similar key words?

Second Question:
If The title has been made . How can i write a good content
Is there any good course to learn ? i need a very detailed course that can teach me step by step.

if your site is fresh and / or doesn't have high authority (or trust) it's best to keep the same words

I've not seen such a guide yet, but you can use AI (everyone uses it nowadays), and then edit the output to give it your personal spin, and to fix the eventual errors / facts...

And before you publish it, you can (or rather, should) use tools like Frase.io, NeuronWriter, etc. to optimize the content for search engines
