How to value website

I have three months old dating website, dating script was heavily customized ( I have full rights) and providing free signups.

i spent some money on advertising and i have un expected traffic results now, which really surprising;

i had 13 unique visits on first month, then its growing up like 156, 10,000 and almost 3,000 unique visitors for this month.

I have over 3000 registration on last month (totaling 3850) but i assume 500- 750 profiles are fakes.

I dont have much time to deal with big website and planing sell it

how much this website value? please help..thankx

There is no accurate calculation to value websites. It's close to prediction only.
Like how to value Google and Yahoo...

Most of those online valuators only take in a few factors and have no real way to determine value. They don't take into account a lot of different monetization methods you could be using, paid membership, CPA banners, locked gateways, etc.

Figure out how much you could be making per month then try to get 4-6 months earnings for it since it's a new site. If nothing, just put it up with a high reserve price and see what people drive the price up to.
