2.0 Update!
Once you're ready to upgrade your membership, the process is nice and simple. For anyone interested in Marketplace Seller membership, you can upgrade at any point after you've registered on the forum. If you've been a member for 60 days and you've reached a post count of 100+, you're eligible for Jr VIP membership (which is a far sight cheaper than Marketplace Seller, so you might want to check before upgrading).
To upgrade, click on Account Upgrades in the menu under the logo. You will see this page:
Please note: the totals displayed above the payment buttons include VAT as some members will have to pay VAT.
Click on 'Purchase' for your chosen membership level, and you will be redirected into PayPal. From there you can follow the instructions to submit your payment.
It's worth mentioning that if you are paying for Jr VIP membership with PayPal, it will require you to have a bank card associated with your account. This is because the Jr VIP payment is automatically set up as a subscription. One-off payments for this membership level mean that any Marketplace Threads you subsequently open would close when your Jr VIP membership lapses after 1 year. By paying for your membership on subscription, all threads will remain open, providing they are paid for.
With the move over to 2.0 we have switched to a new membership payments system.
If you are running on the old system (for those that upgraded pre 29th June 2020), you will not be able to renew until your subscription has completed. However, once you renew, you will be moved over to our new system, which provides you with more flexibility and control to manage your payments going forward.
If you see a 'Purchase' button or a 'Cancel' button next to your current membership, that means you are on our new system. If you don't - you are on our old system. Your subscription will still renew, but unfortunately you won't have the same level of control.
If you’d prefer to pay via crypto we will still require the same level of detail including billing info. Please raise a support ticket and we’ll provide you with a Coingate checkout link. Please note manual payments can take up to 10 days to process.
