How to unban Instagram?

    Can I ask why it has to be a different e-mail? The reason I ask is because I know with Twitter Support, they won't even think about helping you out without having access to the e-mail that is currently registered with the account.

    Oh yeah, i've missed that on my post, sorry about that. I also tried that link before that came from several tutorials from the internet. It took me several times to figure things out, they didn't respond there, or maybe you could try to use a different email address there. Based on my experience:

    I've got no response from using this link, but you can also try to use a different email addresses to see if it will work.

    This one work, but you need to put a different email address so they will queue your request, they will never reply when you put your old email there.

    Yeah, twitter requires that to check for authenticity. There's also a lot of abandoned twitter accounts out there with 100k+ followers which have been registered with a custom domain name email addresses that also expired. You can hack them by paying and registering the old domain name and recreate their email address from there again. One of the basic blackhat practices out there, you can also see some brands that do this to steal a username from an abandoned account, if they have custom domain email.

    On Instagram, you can do the same thing. However, things got differ from banned accounts. A lot of marketers experience several bans, and they received countless appeal, and to make it hard for marketers to recover they basically make their reporting system crap. It suppose to be the original email, it is also indicated there that you should put the email that is associated with the account, but I just discovered that it was programmed not to response to your request at all, and by putting a different email address there that isn't associated with instagram yet, they see it as a priority request, like inviting a friend or a contact via email that isn't on instagram yet, by doing that you will receive a response. You can experiment too, try to submit two request, put the original email there, and put a different email on the other, you will receive a response on the email that isn't associated to the account, pretty stupid system, but this is what i've discovered that works.

    Yeah, I think it's weird as well.
    Trying to learn the proper editing techniques to get this account unbanned ASAP.

    About two months ago my Instagram account was disabled due to fraudulent copyright reports sent by an individual looking to take the page down. I appealed several times and eventually got a response from Instagram notifying me my account would be restored within 14 days unless the individual could prove their copyright infringement claim and send a court order… neither of which they did. So as promised, my account was restored last week. However, I cannot log in. I get the error message “sorry there was a problem.” The account is active because I can see it. However I can’t log into the app on my phone or anyone else’s. As many of you know, ig customer service sucks so of course I’ve been getting the run around there. Anyone experienced this before or have a way to help get this working normally? Any service would help with this?

    My friend's account was banned two days ago and even with the form, picture with written code etc. he can't recover at all. He didn't violate any terms, it must be a mistake.

    Thank you very much. I have sent several emails following your steps. Most of them I didn't edit the my picture, and all rejected. Except one I edited the picture using Photoshop and made it very clear and bright, and WoW this picture got approved and they reactivated my account. Thanks again Man.
