How to target different countries?

I have to do international SEO for my website.

Target Locations are India, Singapore and Malaysia.

Please guide me to do this.

im targetting india with one of my sites. All i did was put india several times in the content and did some google translation for english to indian language and put the indian language in some fake comments. At #4 as of 11pm today. working pretty well for me Also a couple of @Hetneo's links worked some magic too rose 12 spots from 2 of his stronger links
