how to swith between tymblr accounts ?

From the right side at the top, you can click on your user name or ID. You will find all the registered blog there. Just click the blog you want to use and it will switch to another.

but when you want to like a pic or comment it comments as your main blog

I don't think you have the option to comment/like with anything other than your main blog.
