how to switch from a sticky header to fixed header using Wordpress ACP?

hey guys, so as mentioned in the title, i can't seem to switch from stick header into a fixed header using ACF with this new theme i just purchased, it is elementor friendly, but apparently the Header/footer were not created by elementor they were built by ACF i guess, not really sure, spent almost 3 days trying to figure that shit out, and i couldn't.

anyone can help please?

As I understood from your post you are using Elementor right?

They have an integrated feature to make a sticky header:

And what do you have in mind using ACF to create a sticky header?

No I’m not the who used it, it came along with the theme I purchased, everything is adjustable with Elementor except for the header/footer

In my opinion, Add a CSS class to the header element that you want to make sticky, In the CSS file , Define the class and set the position property to 'fixed'
