Before submitting your item and template to be listed, make sure you protect yourself a little better by going through all of the options that allow you to block certain buyers. There is a section called 'Buyer Requirements' allowing you to block buyers that don't have a Paypal acct, have received a certain amount of strikes within the last month, has an address you don't ship to, 4 policy violation reports in last month, and have a feedback score equal to or lower than -1. Some of those parameters you can change, but those are roughly the parameters you can set to guard yourself against scammers.
