How to suspend someone from Ebay!

Is it possible to suspend someone from eBay? (Scammer Buyer got on my nerves- this is not a seller competition)

You have his physical address as he has bought your product. You know what to do next... crush every thing he could be having.
 
You have to explain a little more. How were you scammed, a little more details would be helpful.
 
If you got scammed, you can report someone to eBay - http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/report-trading.html

But you can't ask the eBay to suspend someone on eBay.

Whether the suspension or not is depending on the type of violation of someone on eBay.
 
Report to ebay. Provide details if the seller broke any rules.
 
Buyer was reported- eBay does not really care.
Have you seen new Fall Sellers Update? eBay is trying to be like Amazon- but instead of working with sellers (who pay fees and responsible for all eBay's succes) - they honor buyers with 0 feedback who abuse buyers protection program.
eBay does not care- everyone knows that.
I am looking for a specific way to suspend a bad buyer- someone know what I am talking about!

Sounds like you need to let go. Going after some random eBay scammer is like trying to track down the nigerian prince who holds $23 mil in your name. I know right now you feel the need for vengence but in the long run, your time is better spent learning the lesson, increasing your sales and not getting ripped off the next time.
 
Ebays customer is the buyer. Sellers are only people they allow to use their platform. No, you cant get a buyer suspended and yes the buyer is pretty much always right. Deal with it on those terms or dont sell on ebay.

Some sellers think that because they pay fees they are kings of ebay.

Only a few would think of themselves as the king of... :). Others who wish to stay long know that they are going to get hit on the head by a brick or two, just like OP got hit. On one side, there is the erratic product supplier, on the other there is a cunning buyer... I look as it as any other obstacle in routine business. When it happens it hurts bad, but one must then move on as quickly as possibly having learned the lessons. For a seller, 99% times ebay won't help positively, and understanding this will help in the moving forward or moving out.
 
Deal with Ebay and you will get scammed, that's just the way it is. When you do, Ebay will tell you to go fuck yourself. If you aren't willing to accept that once in a while then sell your stuff somewhere else. It's part of doing business on Ebay.
 
The thing about that is that ebay is not like amazon.

Ebay is an escrow service. And without the seller,ebay has no inventory like amazon does.
 
If you are going to sell on Ebay, make sure you are giving it your all or at least have a market to corner. Do not be worrying about buyers scamming you out of a little amount of money. If you are selling big, then it will not matter as much. Just contact support, do your best to get your money back, if not then MOVE ON. The more time you spend on the money you lost, is more money you are losing.
