More and more people have started YouTube channels during this corona period. Actors and actresses created many channels in all kinds of topics. More and more channels are coming every day in all kinds of niche.

Particularly in my country many people lost jobs and started digital marketing.
The growth of new youtube channel is unbelievable.

How to deal with today's situation and make more money on YouTube?
 
Advertise on BHW
SEO and new content.
Try with niches as “top 5 of ...” “a day in a life of a ...” “reaction to ....”
 
This also means more people visit youtube
 
Create quality content, better then the rest or if you are making compilations or clickbait content just try to add some twist in it. Max you knowledge on video optimization and tricks to rank it. I doubt that the competition are all experts in seo.
 
Be unique, take a different approach from anyone else.
Most of the new people that started YT channels will leave it again the first moment things settle or will find it hard to earn steady income.

Well, finally someone asked this question! I have a weird impression that on new channel/s without boosting I have less views than in the past, it looks like all these views are spread through more channels.
 
competition is fierce on YouTube now, so you really have to work hard to set yourself apart from the pack. The cold truth is that not many people make it on this platform, but on the bright side if you do make it, there is more and more money being made by the top YouTubers nowadays.

do you have any suggestions how to find trendy or insteresting topics in top 10? I have channel in this niche. Thank you
 
More content and less advertisers, so the revenues will be low now. I would wait and get into this later when everyone goes back to work.
 
The competition is really good, Already Many of us try to work independently,

This COVID situation is helping me Lot to many of others Execute our plans. Feel some positive moves in a Negative situation.

If you can speak a little bit english or spanish I would make videos in another language if you want to earn a lot of money, however if $500 per month is enough for you, then do videos in your native language. Focus on ranking videos and "trendy" topics, copy what others are doing.
 
It's so simple. If you post decent content, people will watch you. There is no secret formula or something. Just be consistent and try to improve your video each time. That's all
 
you can always convert good quality articles or news to a video :) Just be creative have a wide imagination to what your title can be and how you can represent that thing.
 
But your revenue wholeheartedly depends on type of audience. Still worth a shot.
