How to start a blog properly in 2020

Write content and post at least 4-5 days a week. Include your focus keyword in the meta title, get backlinks. There is no easy way. It is hard work, especially for the travel niche, which is very competitive.

Yes, Do Youtube vlogs if u can, and blogs too, this will help to gain good traffic and create a good no of backlinks too..

start from day 1: create shit load of web 2.0, add content and let them age for few months and gradualy create backlinks from those web 2.0 to your blog. i have web 2.0 accounts that are over 3 years old and I still have not created a link to my money site. aged web 2.0 do add a bit of value to ranking.
 
Travel niche is very hard to beginner. Consistent and informative upload of articles is must and it takes long way to go on.. Good Luck..
 
In any year you start blogging, you have the same rules to be followed
