How to solve FaceBook Ad charging twice issue?

So, my Ad account was disabled after a failed payment, even though my card had Funds in it.

I tried few times, and it Finally accepted the payment and the Ad account is now Enabled.

But now FaceBook is charging me twice, every time I reach my Billing threshold.

My billing threshold is $2.5 and facebook is charging me $5 each time.

This issue only appeared after my Ad account was disabled.

Any fix?

It looks like your ad account has money on hold with FB's policy.

Such accounts, you should replace with a new account. Because when your spending threshold is high FB they will hold it too. It's FB's policy to avoid customers with the intention of ''Breaking money'' from checking that ad account.

But why? The issue is clearly on facebook's end. Because my card has around $400 on it.

Also what policy are you taking about? I always pay my bills, do you have a link to the policy page? Thanks.
 
omg, being charged 2 times means your account is being held, those 2nd payment bills will be refunded to you by fb within 1 week

Maybe up to a high threshold this hold issue will not happen again.
 
you can directly contact facebook support team, they will help you get back the amount held
 
They are not charging you twice, facebook now make a hold if your ad account is new, and they refund it don't worry. If you keep advertising without issues then facebook will stop holding your money. Thy are doing this to prevent scammers to take advantage from the thresold they give
 
Yeah, get in touch with the support team about the balance that's likely on-hold if you've already been charged. Sucks that it happens at all for, usually, no fault of your own.
 
It's just Facebook's way of preventing account thresholding problems, if you pay it regularly and don't have problems like billing errors it should be back to normal. If after a period of time you have not seen the refund, please contact support or your payment bank to resolve.

you can directly contact facebook customer care team they can help you get that money back
 
If you don't see the refund for a while, please contact the bank to solve it
 
Contact the fb team for assistance with this issue, or you can use a completely new account and use a new card, because there are many cases where the money held is not refundable.
