How to setup chaturbate affiliate?

Hello my dudes!

I setup my first porntube 2 days ago and ive had around alittle over a 1000 unique visitors. I realize this will yield nothing, and im not in a hurry. But if i dont setup some ads, the theme i bought has a small text which says "loading" instead of the ads.

Therefore id like start affiliating with chaturbate cuse they have alot of different ad sizes etc.
(tried adxxx before but they sucked, while using them i have to use adblock for my video thumbnails to work:S)

So my question is,

Where do i get the code for the chaturbate ads??? They dont give it in the affiliate program page.

Sry guys im a total noob, but hey, nothing worth learning is easy.

No one? Maybe im retarded but i truly dont understand how to put the chaturbate banners on my website.. on adxxx i got like <xdsasdasd> codes that i could just copy paste into the right spot.

Get ur desired link code and put it inside the " "
Download the promotools banners of ur choosing then upload to ur media library (if ur using wordpress atleast). Then you will take ur banners url (press edit after upload and ul find the url) and proceed to put it between the second " "

Hopefully this will help some other noobs as it took awhile for me to figure it out.
