How to send Cloudflare DMCA

I want to send a report of a website with infrindging content. I don't own the copyrights, but I know which company has copyright, also the name of the person who handles that company's legal/dmca related matters. Can I use these details like that person's name, the company's legal email, to send a dmca abuse report to Cloudflare? Who will then contact the site owner and rest of the things.

Fill in the DMCA cloudflare form, if cloudflare believes your report is true it will send request to contact the site owner to provide proof of there content if not your report either gets automated and ignored

You can't really report that on their behalf unless you're officially authorized to act as their agent. Honestly, just reach out to that legal contact and let them handle it themselves so you don't end up dealing with any unnecessary drama
