How to secretly record phone screen?

So i have this really weird situation where someone close uses my phone a lot and i can't say no. So is there a way to record all the activities he do on my phone like spy recording. I have already used my activities etc.
I need proper spy recording of what he is doing.

You need RAT (Remote Administration Tool)

can't do because he uses whenever he wants like if my phone idle he just take it and use it.
