How to scrape FEXP + PLIDs from client side (not server side) with get_videoinfo ?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a way to scrape the FEXP + PLID of a video, but not from my servers. From user directly :

I send traffic to my script, and use the get_videoinfo URL to have the FEXP + PLID and other parameters.
But my concern is there is, of course, a "crossdomain privacy policy" and i can't scrape the results.

So how can i scrape the get_infovideo results from client side not server side. Any help will be very appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Let me give you a clue on this..

I have no idea on how to scrape them but I can tell you to analyze how YouTube generates these variables. For CPN, it is generated randomly even by the YouTube using characters from A-Z, a-z, 1-9, - and _.

For PLID, it is just an encrypted form of the current date & time + some random characters at the end...

How FEXP is generated... I am still trying to figure it out.

To => umerjutt00 Thanks mate, i've seen some of your answers before on other youtube threads, and there already were pretty accurate. CPN + PLID is ok for me. I'll continue to scrape them from my server directly to the video.

But the FEXP changes each time your scrape it... so to generate better quality views, i'm trying 1 : understand how it's generated OR 2 : scrape it directly from clients IPs and not only from my own private server IP.

I will take a look at how the fexp is generated and will let you know...
 
pretty sure same origin policy makes it impossible...would love to be proved wrong on it though :)
