Hello, I bought expired domain and start blogging in it. and i got Manual action as pure spam in google search console. So, what may i do now? Please help me.

Your best bet is to drop it and buy another domain.

I bought a few domains that had the same penalty. Built 2 of the out with original content and 5 or 6 blog posts, legit sites not PBN's, and submitted them to Google for reconsideration. Waited like 5 weeks for them to tell me the original condition still exists. Of course no mention of what that condition was either.

Unless the domain is one that is branded to your business, it's not worth the hassle.

One other thing to note. The penalty will drop in time too. I had about 10 domains that had the total spam penalty. They are parked and about once a month I will check for indexing until they expired. I've had 2 that had the penalty drop and the domain indexed. They all had a total spam penalty because I created a Google accounts to specifically check for penalties after they did not naturally index.

Recently bought a domain which also had manual action flag in search console (probably going from ~2002 since the last owner was legit). So I just messaged them (there is a button on that page, the message was like 1-2 words just some random stuff like "all is fine") and they messaged back in 3-4 days removing that manual action from the domain.

The button is "REQUEST REVIEW". They will perform a manual review of the website. Unfortunately, they still felt something was not right in my case or their was something I wasn't seeing that Google didn't like.
