HOW TO: Receive Money Anonymously?

I've done a bit of research about receiving money via your website anonymously, but am still unclear if this is possible and what the process would be to do it. I realize that posting on public forums is probably not the best way to remain anonymous, so I apologize if there's any ambiguity. If anyone is willing to talk privately, I'm all ears.

The Theoretical Situation: I own an online video streaming website that has copyrighted content and is hosted offshore. I want to monetize via contextual ads and donations, while remaining completely anonymous. If this website were legal, I would just use Adsense and Paypal respectively. However, considering the nature of the content, I don't want my personal information being tied to this website at all.

Effectively, can anyone present a step-by-step solution to monetizing your website anonymously?

Sell adspace instead, take payment in whatever way you want by fake accounts or cryptocurrency. I dont think there is any contextual ad company that would accept you.

My concern is that users (donators) will also need to have Bitcoins, Webmoney, or Perfectmoney to donate anonymously, which aren't exactly ubiquitous forms of online currency.

Most users will not have Bitcoin and PayPal will ban you forever so, it's between a rock and a hard place.

The ad network a-ads pays you anonymously via bitcoin and is one way to monetize a site.
