What will be best White HAT SEO Strategy to rank website after the Latest Google Update? I've read some articles on Searchengineland, Seroundtable and on some other sites. But not getting exactly what need to be done now? Is there anyone who can help or suggest?

Define White Hat ?

If you're just wanting pure White Hat then perfect on page, fast site loading speed, mobile responsive and plenty of good, quality content.

If you do keyword research, keyword has a large search index with little competition.
Actually you do not need backlinks.

Backlinks should be made with the keywords and content.
So they are the same as creating a new blog and be directed to your site.
So that the traffic flow to your site

Content will be automatically index.
Backlink also be in the index by google

Recently, I was too lazy to create backlinks.
I just bought a few backlinks from traders
 
You don't need to do anything after the update as long as your website is not a scam

Who told you that???!!No one knows until today even google to release it don't belive them.Even me who is familiar with Google algorithm I spectate all process from start until today and must tell you all guys this update isn't this at all.
I'm preparing full case study which i will post on my blog.War is started from side of Google to take down all SEO market.

Sorry I was forgot to tell this Google Page Rank is live and Google update it every year on some domains and one every 2 years to all other domains.
