can anybody recommend me some other success full ways to monetize a tech blog ? my goal is to bring at least $300 a month .

You need to increase traffic and also put some more ads in text.
Not in Header, not in sidebar.

AdSense is ok. But can you mix in some affiliate offers? Or maybe infolinks and AdSense

Lots of tech people have adblocks installed + They recognize advertisement and won't click it. Try native ads to increase CTR. They have descent CPC.

thanks for your reply .infolinks looks good . can i show infolinks and adsense on same page ?doesnt it violates adsense policy ?

I suggest try only infolinks for some days. For some websites it does not work at all. Better option is thus media.net

Hi guys

just for update i have enabled infolinks on my website .i will update this thread with infolinks reports after 2 weeks

Just try to optimize your ads placement and try to integrate other ads like media.net or infolinks but a native ads like adskeeper pays a decent ok

What your earning for this site each month?

As above user say, because all visitor aware about your Adsense that's why they don't click your ads.. Try offer ads space in your site..

I've experienced worse last month..:(:(
Last month after 44294 impressions I made only $7.99:(:(

sorry bro you have to face that .i think january is bad for other publishers as well .i see some other posts in forum regarding this

Thanks for another alternative .i am trying infolinks for 2 weeks .if it does not make a much difference i will go with media.net and adskeeper. frankly speaking i was not giving any time to this website as i was busy in custom development . Now i have some time so picking my old projects .i have couple of low traffic websites .if this goes well i will implement the same strategy there.

you can run infolinks with adsense i am runing from 7 years

I am not in the tech blog, but agree with affiliate offers. Adsense only would never be enough.

Yeah your niche means people are more likely to have adblock enabled so your best bet to increase CVR or just have a better ROI in general from your traffic would be to go with a different ad network other than Google Adsense. Make sure your pages are optimized well enough to maximise CTR. Sure the 3rd party ad networks may not have as great EPC/offers as Adsense but they'll add up much quicker and definitely convert more if you do it right meaning more $$$.

Also, you could be smart and try to funnel that traffic through to another site of yours which has a different ad network enabled, good way to test what is/isn't working.
