I buy multiple YouTube accounts and private proxies, Is this right method for youtube promotion? Please advice:

"I put same my website link in description, and set up multiple YouTube accounts that go back to the same my website."

    Sorry my poor English ;)

    Thanks in advance,

You could make a quality video that engages the user and have your description be something about your website and a link and have your title be a keyword related to your website. There's a few ways you can go about doing this. It can vary a ton depending on your niche.

Like LongBanana said just create quality videos relevant to your website.

Or you can create multiple accounts with your proxies and spam youtube videos related to your website.

Yeah I also recommend quality over quantity. One quality video, if done right, can make you as much money as 1000 spammy ones. Plus, you don't have to worry about getting banned by youtube.

Could you share your niche so we could let you know what will work and what won't on youtube.

But yes I would agree with the people above that even 1 or 2 videos but done professionally and if you promote it well should definitely drive some traffic to your sites.
