How to promote CPA offer Using Email Marketing?

I'm new in email marketing. I can collect large number of email but i've no idea how to promote CPA offer. Can you guys give me some instruction how can i promote CPA offer?

It's hard to answer because monetize your email list with CPA depends of many factors like:

You can collect a large number of email from where? The emails you scrape are subject to spam or method is not too much used?
Are they good quality? Are they targeted within a particular niche? What kind of country?

Depending on those factors, you can target a particular CPA niche such as health, loans, insurance, gaming, etc.. Another important thing is how you plan to send your email campaign?

I recommend you to look for an ESP that allows affiliate marketing and has a good deliverability as well to start collecting and sending out emails. Good luck!

The Email are United States based and niche are health related but it's not super cool targeted.
