How to prevent Facebook Restrictions or Bans or bypass Verifications ?

Hi i am new to Online Marketing stuff and have a lot to learn. I am from Germany , so my english is not the best. I have read some posts and threads here and there to get some ideas how to earn money.
I have found some interesting ideas about facebook marketing and wanted to build some facebook accounts.
I started with a fake facebook account with some cute girl pics, and posted in a "Make new friends" group and i got many friend requests. Overwhelmed with this I tried to accept all and also made some friend requests myself. Unfortunately facebook had other plans with me and wanted me to verify my "fake" facebook friends via pictures of their profiles. So I started the security check, but i was too slow. I have a couple of questions related to facebook and I didn't find the right answers so far.

1. Is there a easy way to solve the picture verification ?
2. Is there a good way to prevent picture verification or other hard verificiations which cant be solved by fake accounts very easily ?
3. What bans and restrictions can facebook give me and which I have to consider ?
4. I wanted to know some numbers and best practices about facebook !
   1. How many friend requests per day I should accept, so that I dont get restricted from fb ?
   2. How many friend requests per day i can make, .... ?
   3. How many (spammy) posts/ comments per day with external offers can I do, ... ?
   4. In forum posts it is mentioned that cloaking and landing pages help ? Is it sufficient to direct the facebooklink to a site, which has then a cloaked affiliate link ? Or do I really need a landingpage ? Should be the facebooklink to the external offer shortened ?
   5. Do I have to do other quality interactions like posts, quality content, comments so that I dont get flagged ? Does that matter ?
   6. Do I need proxies for my different facebook accounts or is it overrated and not necessary ?

Maybe some guys have a clear answer to 1 of my questions. Would help me out very much. Maybe you can guide me also to some good links, where my questions are answered

Let me help you with a couple of those:

1. You need a bot especially if you're going to have multiple account, we do have a friend backup in mass planner that backs up your friends and shows them to you when you need to do a verification. There's also a more complicated friend recognition that fb recently introduced, it only shows you a picture and you need to enter the name ..if you get that it's quite over
2. take it easy, especially with new accounts make them look as natural as possible, have a few friends, comment, like, share and send messages. grow the account over time.
3. apart from the regular friend verification, phone verification and id verification, you can get locked from doing certain actions if you do them too much like anything group related( post, join, share and so on), send friend requests, send message, like and so on, these ususually last 1,2 or 4 weeks .
4. how many per day...there's no exact answer for that, take is slow at fist 1-5 of each them grow it over time.
5. for proxies i'd say not to have more than 4 accounts on the same proxy

Relating to coitza's answer

1. Does it show all photos of friends, also the ones which are not public ?
4. There are also followers in facebook (in german: Abonnenten). Can I profit from them, because they will see my posts, too ? I shouldnt get banned for followers, because it is their decision to follow me ?
5. Why can I have 4 accounts on one proxy, although only one account is allowed in facebook ? Can I use something like Tor browser to use multiple accounts or I should use specific proxies for my accounts ?

Massplanner seems to be a very nice tool. Unfortunately there was no free version to try it out a little bit. Thats why I have used hootsuite for a while, but the options and possibilities are not that high i guess. Or is there a group posting feature, too ? Or friendlist backup ?

I guess I will go for like 10 facebook accounts and grow them slowly.

Relating to inception's answer

This group strategy from inception also looks nice. But can I really freely post promo stuff out to groups and will a redirect from my page to the affiliate program be sufficient ? Do I have to build up trust in facebook or groups or can i start promoting my site and offers snice beginning ?

1. it goes to each friend's photo page and does a printscreen so you have 5-10 images for each friend available to recognize him, getting all the pictures for each friend would not be a good idea.
4. this is not something you can control if a person wants to follow you so you shouldn't worry about this
5. not sure what you mean by one account is allowed in facebook. No you cannot use tor, that changes the ip for your computer, you need actual private proxies to set for your accounts.

It's free for 5 days if you create a subscription, you can cancel the subscription any time during the first 5 days. Yes you can also post to groups with massplanner ( hootsuite had this but discontinued after the latest api change from facebook).
