How to post a comment on Disqus using API

Hi guys. Does anyone actually know how to post a comment on Disqus using API? I want to build a commenting bot, but I couldn't find any info about using bots on Disqus.

To be honest, their API docs are confusing. Can't figure out how to authenticate myself.

I came here searching for thoughts on how to monetize Disqus. I just setup a Disqus profile and I immediately had 3 followers, all of them bots spamming affiliate links. Two of them were promoting casual dating offers, and one of them a casino offer.

The casino offer almost fooled me because the user's name included [Team Disqus] in it, and it was posed as a welcome message.

There seems to be bots that can identify new accounts and instantly follow them.
