How to outsource Instagram accounts to VAs?

I have recently started to outsource more of my Instagram accounts I manage to VAs. I still have a couple of questions in regards to account safety and how to make them perform the best.

Do I have to share a proxy/VPN with my VA so the accounts stays in the same country network (USA for example)?

What is the best way to give them the account details while still making sure they can't steal the account?

Use a reliable password manager to share credentials securely... I have used LastPass before, but I am not sure if it is still as good or if there are better options now.

For account safety, I'd suggest using separate proxies per VA. It minimizes risk and keeps accounts localized.

This is not needed, account can be logged in 2 diff countries without any issues.

Add 2fa in your account, all of the possible ways. And give it to reputable VA or Service where he wont do any shady stuff which could hurt his business/reputation.

Make 2 layers protect and all forget password is in your hand, no need to share proxy for customers, they can do it
 
You could use 2 factor so they would have to ask you for the code each time they login or to do some specific actions if I'm correct. Definitely use proxies for each account
 
You can use one of those password service like "LastPass" where you can login to account, the program remembers the password, then tell the VA to create an account themselves with LasPass, and they program will autocomplete it for you without them seeing the password. It's safe, this is how I am doing it.
 
Just have them use a multilogin software. Change the password to something basic and keep an eye on them. If you have an issue change the password. This with 2fa you will be fine. I have 100s of accounts managed by multiple VA's, both on real phones and multi loggin tools like adspower. I simply do the above. Simple password change, make sure 2fa is on and control the email account associated to the Instagram.

It's best to use a dedicated proxy matching the account's original location to avoid flagging. For security, you can use a password manager or session-based login tools instead of directly sharing credentials. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) with backup codes stored separately also adds an extra layer of protection.
